If you have been working on memorizing and saying your verses to your small group leader, come see the Vault this Sunday! It is filled with prizes worth 4, 8 and 12 verses. If you need a memory booklet, ask at the registration table or get one from your small group leader. The Vault will open regularly once a month so keep learning your memory verses!

The 2009-2010 Crosswalk Year has begun!
We are continuing the Crosswalk program where we left off in our walk through the Bible last spring.
On Sunday, September 20, we heard about the Parable of the Two Sons. The father in this parable welcomes back his wayward son who has been gone and then returns home, hoping to at least be treated as well as his father’s servants. The son is surprised when his father not only forgives him and welcomes him home, but gives him new clothes and throws him a party to celebrate his return! God is our welcoming Father. He is always welcoming to take us back and forgive us for we are his children and he loves each of his children very much!
Sunday, September 27th we talked about the Widow’s Small Gift. Jesus finds a woman who, even though she gives the smallest coins, she gives the greatest gift because it was everything she had. The memory verse this week is Matthew 10:8 “Freely you have received, freely give.”
Sunday, October 4th we had a special guest speaker, Clayton Dougan, come to speak to us about what it means to be saved!
See you in Crosswalk!
